The Home
The villa Jurcisi is located in an estate of 10.000 m2 which offers a refined luxury in beautiful natural surroundings in the unspoilt southern part of Istria. This five-bedroom property has an ability to accommodate up to 14 guests and it is created with various wonderful light filled spaces, using only natural materials: local stone, combed oak, linen fabrics, high quality Italian tiles and designer furniture. The result is a place that pleases the senses and relaxes the soul.

Villa’s guests can also take full benefit from the sports and leisure activities available around the property. Families or a group of friends can enjoy the independence and full privacy of a villa whilst having an easy access to Istrian hot spots like Pula, Rovinj and Porec. The whole area is entirely fenced and landscaped.

Located just 15 km from beautiful city of Pula and famous Roman amphitheatre – Arena, the villa offers a great relaxing experience in natural surroundings of the unspoilt southern part of Istria away from the city crowd.

Peaceful and isolated area Jursici is only 12 km away from the breathtaking National park Brijuni Islands, on Adriatic sea. The medieval town of Svetvincenat, which can be reached within 10 minutes drive, is one of those Istrian jewels that has been discovered recently. Are you looking for aqua parks? They are 40 km away. Adrenalin park? 9 km away. Historical town Motovun on hills? 50 km. Or maybe beautifull old sea town Rovinj? Only 30 km from Villa.

Istria is indeed a feast for the eyes and soul – hillside towns, white-topped mountains, lush wheat fields, plateau, valleys, vineyards and olive groves on hillsides, and, finally pearl white beaches and the sea.
